Keyera also holds internal events we call KEEN events (Keyera Employee Engagement Network). This group is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for employees throughout their career phases by providing mentoring, training and networking across Keyera.
Our management team attends yearly leadership summits to enhance their leadership skills and share best practices. Keyera also has a mentorship program to give future leaders access to an internal mentor that can help guide their career path and provide advice on their development.

CMDS is a business training and development service provided and managed by Keyera. This system serves thousands of employees and contractors industry-wide. We believe one of the best ways to achieve safe, efficient and reliable field operations is through proper training, education and mentoring of employees and contractors. Keyera’s Competency Management and Development System (CMDS) is designed to provide a comprehensive competency-based approach to enable field workers to better understand their specific job requirements and provide a credible record of achieved skills.
The system is focused on skills and profiles, and audited by third-parties to ensure proper requirements are met.
We are confident that continued learning and development will ensure our people are aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and strategies of continued growth.
