Our comprehensive total compensation package includes:

  • a flex credit pool that can be allocated to suit your individual and family circumstances;

  • eight flex days;
  • two paid community services days; and

Flex credit pool

We provide a core allocation of $3,500 per year, which can be distributed to best suit your individual circumstances.

pERSONAL FITNESS ACCOUNT

The personal fitness account offers a reimbursement of $750 per year in fitness expenses to encourage our employees to pursue a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

FLEX DAYS

Employees are given eight flex days each year for appointments, family activities or to pursue personal interests.

COMMUNITY SERVICE DAYS

Giving back to the community is important to us. We provide employees with two paid community service days every year.

EmPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

This program offers confidential and professional external, independent counseling assistance to help you and your family when needed.
