At Keyera, a respectful work environment is an expectation
and priority. We are commited to behaving with
integrity and honesty, treating people fairly, respecting diversity, accepting

As part of this commitment, Keyera has a company-wide Workplace Discrimination, Harassment

manner. Employees are encouraged to report any incidents to their supervisor or
Human Resources, and we also offer a confidential, anonymous reporting hotline,
which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

respects our employees’ right to freedom of association and their right to join
or form labour unions. Across our operations, Keyera has collective agreements
with four unions, representing approximately 12 percent of our workforce. We
are committed to constructive dialogue with freely chosen union representatives.
To date, Keyera has never experienced a labour-related work stoppage at any of our
