For more than a decade, we've been providing services to NGL producers using our interconnected facilities for NGL processing,
transportation, terminalling, and storage services. 
This includes propane, butane, and condensate that can either be stored at our facilities for future delivery, or transported by pipeline, rail, or truck to retail and industrial customers throughout North America.
The strategic location and interconnected nature of our NGL facilities, combined with our logistics expertise, enhance our ability to move products in and out of storage, and to ship products to markets to meet demand and the needs of our customers.
Our pipeline infrastructure is interconnected with our rail and truck terminal in Edmonton, and our fractionation and storage facilities in Fort Saskatchewan. This infrastructure is also connected to many of the major NGL and crude oil facilities and pipelines in the Industrial Heartland area of Alberta.
The location and interconnectivity of our assets are important factors driving this growth. In light of the central role that the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan hub plays in the WCSB, it is an area where we continue to focus. This is true for current initiatives, such as our industry-leading condensate network that has the most receipt and delivery connections, and for future opportunities. The strategic location and interconnected nature of our NGL facilities, combined with our logistics expertise, enhance our ability to move products in and out of storage, and to meet the demand and needs of our customers by shipping products to markets across Canada and the U.S.
Our LI business connects to, or is located in, the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area, one of four key energy hubs in North America.

ADT is a multi-commodity facility handling condensate, solvent and iso-octane. The facility is connected to many of Keyera's other area facilities and also has rail connection to both the Canadian National Railway, and the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway.

AEF is the largest iso-octane manufacturing facility in the world. The facility produces enough product to fuel approximately 385,000 vehicles per day. Product is sold to refineries for blending into their premium gasolines. Iso-octane is sold to customers in Western Canada and the United States.

The Spartan Delta O'Chiese Nees-Ohpawganu'ck (Alder Flats) gas plant is a deep-cut gas plant in west central Alberta. Keyera has 70% ownership interest in the plant and related pipelines.

The 12 crude oil storage tanks at the Base Line Terminal are owned and operated by Keyera in partnership with Pembina. The terminal became fully operational in 2018 and provides 4.8 million barrels of capacity.

The Brazeau River gas plant has the capability and flexibility to process a wide range of sweet and sour gas streams with varying levels of NGL content. Its process includes inlet compression, sour gas sweetening, dehydration, NGL recovery, and acid gas injection.

Our Edmonton Terminal includes a rail and truck loading/offloading facility, propane treating and storage facilities, and a number of incoming and outgoing pipelines, including the Rimbey Pipeline and four pipelines connecting the terminal with our Fort Saskatchewan facilities. This terminal is a distribution hub for propane, butane, and condensate in the Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan area, providing the terminal with access to product storage capacity and operational flexibility.

Located in "Alberta's Industrial Heartland," KFS includes an NGL processing plant, storage facilities, and a series of pipeline connections to Keyera truck and rail terminals in the area. The NGL processing plant receives NGL feedstock from various sources and splits the NGL mix into saleable products. The storage facilities consist of underground storage caverns and surface storage that holds NGL mix feedstock and specification NGLs. The pipeline system transports NGL mix and specification NGLs from KFS and other NGL processing and storage facilities in the area to Keyera rail and truck terminals in the area for distribution to markets and export rail, truck, and pipelines.

Our Josephburg terminal was developed in response to the growth in propane production and allows for essential egress of propane from Western Canada. The terminal features a loading and offloading rail rack, rail storage spurs, and above ground product storage. It has several upstream and downstream pipeline connections enabling high and low vapour pressure products to be handled at the terminal.

The Pipestone gas plant is a sour gas processing and liquids stabilization plant supporting liquids-rich Montney development in the area. The plant includes acid gas injection facilities, the most reliable and environmentally responsible method to deal with sour gas, virtually eliminating carbon emissions as compared to other acid gas handling processes. Keyera will own the facilities while Ovintiv will initially operate. The facility also includes a liquids hub that commenced operations in September 2018.

Our Rimbey facility has a capture area in excess of 4,600 square kilometres and offers a full range of gas processing services, including gas gathering inlet separation, compression, sour gas processing, NGL extraction, NGL fractionation, and sulphur recovery. The gas plant produces sales gas, ethane, propane, butane, condensate, and sulphur.

The Simonette gas plant is a sour gas processing and liquids stabilization plant supporting liquids-rich Montney and Duvernay development in the area. The plant receives its raw gas and raw liquids from an extensive network of pipelines that service key production areas in Alberta, and offers a full range of gas processing services including NGL recovery, condensate stabilization, and sour gas sweetening. The plant has acid gas injection facilities which provide the most reliable and environmentally responsible method to deal with sour gas, virtually eliminating carbon emissions as compared to other acid gas handling processes.

OLT is a logistics and liquids blending terminal located near Tulsa, Oklahoma that receives, blends and delivers diluent, the majority of which is transported by pipeline from the Mont Belview, Texas area to the Chicago area and ultimately to Alberta markets.
